- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. New captures and new AI extractions stop until you choose a plan; everything you already captured stays readable and exportable.
- Can the trial run up a bill?
- No. The trial's AI allowance is a hard cap with no overage rate behind it — 50 credits per user, pooled — so it stops rather than charging. There is no card on file to charge in any case.
- How should we use the estimator?
